The Phase Rifle is one of the four sniper rifle variations in Tribes: Ascend, and is an unlockable primary weapon for the Light Armor. When this weapon is equipped, it locks an Energy pack in your pack slot. It also forces the player's energy pool max to 75, 90 with Rage active. It takes 5.35 seconds for the weapon to be fully charged.

Trivia
- Hi-Rez released screenshots while the game was in alpha, and this weapon was seen in the images. However, this weapon was not available to players until near the end of the open beta.
