The Explosive Nitron is an unlockable belt item for the Pathfinder. The Explosive Nitron deals more damage and has a greater knockback strength than the Impact and Compact Nitrons.

Inheritence
The Explosive Nitron has a 60% speed inheritence when it is thrown. The base speed for the grenade is 50 m/s, with a maximum speed of 50 m/s, regardless of the inherited speed, and a terminal velocity of 140 m/s.

The Explosive Nitron has an impulse strength of 2,200 m/s applied to players hit by the grenade.
