Wheel Deal reduces the cost of vehicles upto 30%, and provides extra energy when full upgraded. This is a Primary Perk.

Upgrade 1: +10% reduction

Upgrade 2: +10% reduction

Upgrade 3: +25% energy on vehicles

Strategies

This perk can make the Beowulf relatively inexpensive, only costing 1,750 credits. Players can rather quickly recoup those lost credits and have enough for a new vehicle by the time the first one is destroyed.
