The EMP-XL Grenade is an unlockable belt item for the Raider, and a variant of the EMP Grenade. The EMP-XL grenade has a larger splash radius than the EMP grenade, but deals less damage. With a splash radius of 15.6 meters, it has the largest splash radius of any weapon in the game, and it can be upgraded further to 18.72 meters.
