The BXT1 Rifle is one of the four sniper rifle variations in Tribes: Ascend, and is the default primary weapon for the Sentinel. The BXT1 Rifle requires the user to zoom in before firing the weapon. While zoomed in, the weapon charges up; the longer the weapon is charged, the more damage it does. It takes 2.5 seconds to full charge the rifle, if the player is using their jets or skiing, it will take 4.5 seconds to charge.
