The Grav Cycle, is an anti-gravity motorcycle in Tribes: Ascend, and is one of the three vehicles that can be driven. To purchase the Grav Cycle, any player, regardless of their armor class, may go up to a vehicle station and select the Grav Cycle. It will spawn on the vehicle pad, and automatically place the player into the cycle as the driver, which also controls the bomblet launcher. Another player can ride the vehicle, and can fire their weapon normally. Since only 4 cycles are allowed per team (on official servers), if the cycle is not occupied for 60 seconds, it will explode.

What the Grav Cycle lacks in armor and damage power, is made up for in speed. This vehicle is very quick and can easily run over unsuspecting players. The downside is that the Grav Cycle can not take a hit very well, with only 1,400 health. The Grav Cycle is also not one of the easiest vehicles to control.

In order to cause damage to a player by trying to run them over, the Grav Cycle must be going at least 10 m/s, and will do between 100 - 2,400 damage depending on the speed of the vehicle. If a player is successfully run over, the driver will earn the Road Kill accolade. If there is a passenger on board, and they get a kill, the driver will receive a Vehicle Assist accolade, and vice versa if the driver gets a kill.
