Air Arena takes place up in the sky on a floating platform, where falling off the platform means death. The platform has two levels where players can fight, the lower catwalks, and the roof of the catwalks. The center of the map has larger platforms with ramps that lead from one level to the other. Most of the combat takes place on the roof, with players generally only going to the lower level to resupply in the inventory stations. There are other floating platforms, but none are close enough to get to in any class. Players have tried to reach the closest floating platform, only to see a troll face. When the map was first released, there were complaints about Technicians being able to deploy turrets on such a small map, but nothing was done and players just accepted it. This map is available in Arena mode only.
